Police Investigation of Lincoln Crematorium

"This is a significant failure of City of Lincoln Council. I welcome the independent investigation by the Federation of Burial and Cremation Authorities, as well as the Lincolnshire Police and Council investigations. The city deserves total transparency from the Council when investigations conclude, in order to start to rebuild trust with the public."
